This Product Owner will be a key member of our global team, working directly with our US clients on mission critical engagements.
The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the development team is consistently fed with high quality stories. In particular, this includes working closely with clients to understand requirements, writing and prioritizing user stories and ensuring the delivery team (engineers) clearly understands the what and the why of what we're building. The Product Owner will work closely and partner with global delivery teams (Engineering) and the Client Services team to support delivery execution efforts; to consult with clients on business challenges; deliver best of breed products using Agile practices; and drive growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Scrum Product Owner.
- 3+ years of experience working with technical teams, SME's and stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years Consulting experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of various financial lending (LOS/LMS) products like retail loans, consumer durable loans, business loans, line of credit, BNPL, check-out financing, Supply Chain Finance etc
- Domain Exposure in Financial Services and experience in Digital Lending, Banks or NBFCs
- Understanding Loan Origination systems, lending software suites, and partner API interface integrations.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on with API technologies (Postman / SoapUI)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of detailed information.
- Proven experience with Agile Methodologies.
- The ability to communicate effectively, respectfully in English with other team members, project management and executive level clients.
- Ability to complete complex tasks on short deadlines and in a fast-past environment
- Proficient in various requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., business process modeling, use cases/user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, data mapping, etc.)
- Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies.
- Prior knowledge building and executing test plans and cases for the transformation and movement of complex data between sources and destinations.
- Proficient with data analysis tools.
