Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist at Workassist in Mumbai. The Product Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to product management, customer service, sales, and communication to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both employers and job seekers.

You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the suite of investment products offered by the company. You will work closely with various teams to develop, launch, and maintain innovative.

• Product Development:
• Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize, design, and implement new investment products.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation.
• Work closely with investment analysts and portfolio managers to ensure that new products are aligned with market demands and investment objectives.
• Product Management:
• Manage the lifecycle of existing investment products, including performance analysis, benchmarking, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor competitor products and market dynamics to identify areas for product improvement and differentiation.
• Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to promote existing products and support distribution channels.
