Senior Product Manager - Shared Inbox

SaaS Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to enhance the scalability of Helpwise's processes, encompassing both Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

Qualification:

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager specializing in B2B SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative software products that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and execute to meet strategic objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing data, developing recommendations, and influencing and persuading partners.
• Effective relationship building with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable processes for Helpwise's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Create an effective prioritization framework for SPRINTs to enhance project management and execution.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success (CS) team to maintain high customer retention through proactive relationship management.
• Establish a scalable system for managing support tickets to improve customer service efficiency.
• Partner with the product leadership team to devise and execute strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
