As a Sr Product Manager Seller, you will play a key role in shaping the experience for sellers on our marketplace platform. You will own the strategy, development, and execution of features that help sellers succeed, from listing products to closing transactions, and ensuring their long-term engagement. You will work to optimize seller tools, improve performance metrics, and create scalable solutions to enhance seller satisfaction and revenue growth.
What You'll be doing
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for the seller experience, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Understand the needs and pain points of sellers across various segments (individuals, businesses, professionals) and prioritize product improvements to enhance their success on the platform.
- Partner with business, data, and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve seller acquisition, activation, and retention.
Feature Development & Seller Tools
- Lead the development of seller-facing tools such as listing management, performance dashboards, pricing optimization, and customer interaction features.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences that enable sellers to easily manage their listings, inventory, and communications.
- Develop features that optimize listing quality, improve seller visibility, and increase conversion rates.
Growth & Monetization
- Identify opportunities for seller growth and revenue generation through paid services, subscription models, or premium features.
- Partner with the business development team to create solutions that incentivize high-quality listings and professional sellers to join and succeed on the platform.
- Drive initiatives to increase the lifetime value of sellers by improving retention and reducing churn.
Who We are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6 plus years of Proven track record of success in product management roles with a focus on seller experiences, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of the seller lifecycle in online marketplaces, from onboarding and listing to transaction management and customer service.
- Experience in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in software development is a plus.
