Senior Product Manager - Loan Against Property

Job Purpose:
The role will lead the direct business for LAP & STLAP across Turbo Call center, Digital partners, connectors etc. along with campaigns & analytics. The contribution will be delivery of direct customer business including enhancing the customer journeys built. The campaign will also be driving assisted business for the outbound call center. Actively interact with the analytics team to optimize the base waterfall to get the maximum conversion. Role will closely collaborate with Retail Assets team - Business Heads, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing & Transformation, Turbo teams and Technology teams for same.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive and increase penetration if Direct customer business
Improve campaign efficiencies by automation, introducing newer channels
Manage the leads waterfall and connect with CC/Sales team to improve efficiency
Create new journeys, enhance and simplify customer experience
Own the pre-approved waterwall. Work with analytics and policy for optimization, timely release
Competition benchmarking for devising areas of improvement
Interaction with channel collaborators to build top of mind recall
Should be able to lead teams, be solution oriented, lead scrum teams across cross-functions, and be able to finally nurture talent within his/her ambit.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
Post-graduation: MBA
Experience:
5 to 10 years of relevant experience
