Job Responsibilities
Responsible for entire supply chain platform products including OMS, WMS, Logistics and Transportation etc.
Deliver crisp business requirements/stories for all the product features.
Work closely with Engineering, design and Business teams. Participate in daily scrums and own the development lifecycle
Ownership of KPIs for storefront features. Define success metrics, analyst and iterate to create successful products.
Emphasize on user research driven insights towards driving solutions.
Empathize with customer at each step of product lifecycle to create great user experiences.
Manage critical third party vendor/supplier relationships and work closely with them to continuously roll out improvements
Knowledge And Skills
6-12 years experience in shipping products and features for a consumer technology or eCommerce company
Domain knowledge of supply chain is a must have and experience on omni channel retail environment will be an added advantage
Should have worked on large scale enterprise supply chain software systems. Hands on experience with SAP will be a great advantage.
Proven experience in optimizing the supply chain processes
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments based on tradeoffs of different solutions to complex problems constraints.
Should have an in-depth understanding of what makes a user experience good or bad, and strong intuition for what the customer wants to do.
Experience of using Data Analytics and Resource optimization techniques
Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver best under tight timelines
Nice to have
Top-tier graduate in design, preferably with human computer interaction (HCI) design interests
