About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of the product strategy and execution. In this high-impact role, you will drive the product roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and be at the forefront of shaping the future of savings for millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and own the product vision and roadmap, aligned with the company's mission to help users build better financial habits.
- User-Centric Approach: Lead research and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior, particularly for users in tier 2 and 3 cities.
- Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- End-to-End Product Management: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation, and development, to launch, and post-launch improvements.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data to identify opportunities, evaluate feature performance, and optimize product experiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product direction and business goals.
- Growth and Innovation: Continuously experiment with new ideas and features that drive user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
What are we looking for
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, consumer tech, or startups.
- Ownership: Proven ability to own a product end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
- User-Obsessed: Strong empathy for users and a passion for solving real-world problems through thoughtful product design.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data and user insights to make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Agility: Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where agility and innovation are key.
- Bonus: Previous co-founder or fintech experience at scale is a plus.
