We believe in doing what is right for our customers. With that in mind, we need to provide our customers with an effective means of managing their preferences. We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Product Manager to lead the vision of an automated consent and preference management platform. We are an intensely passionate group with a bias for action and an expectation that we all are building the next generation of marketing capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the creation, execution, and enhancement of user experiences and platform functionalities that empower customers to obtain information, express their preferences, and regulate the usage of their data in aprivacy-safe way.

  • nBe the champion adhering to the emerging global privacy laws to ensure marketing compliance
  • nLead the vision for a Privacy Tracking and Preference Management Platform that enablescompliant and personalized customer communications on their preferred channels, topics across all Intuit products
  • nStay up-to-date on the evolving privacy landscape and create a roadmap for the platform working closely with key stakeholders across Legal, Privacy and Compliance.
  • nProvide customers with transparency and choice via cookie consent management across all Intuit web properties
  • nRespect customer's privacy and data rights via data managers for all martech tools ensuringcompliance with data privacy regulations
  • nDefine and deliver on durable requirements and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver features for our customers.
  • nDrive execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across a wide breadth of different teams working on martech capabilities & other services across Intuit
  • nAnalyze product data and make iterative product changes based on customer & stakeholderfeedback while also measuring value through performance metrics and A/B testing
  • nConstruct evidenced-based, data-driven communications in support of prioritization, roadmap or a product decision and direction relative to the overall product strategy

Qualifications
  • n5+ years of product management experience with a track record for delivering high quality and timely results
  • nProven ability to develop and champion a product roadmap in support of customer needs and company objectives.
  • nProven experience with successfully executing a multi-quarter roadmap for a multi-team,cross-functional organization
  • nSkilled in evaluating and assessing the importance of Preference management, martech tools and platforms (e.g. One Trust) and the possibilities around them
  • nSubject matter expertise in the global Privacy landscape. Experience with CCPA / GDPR as well as working with legal and marketing activation teams is a plus
  • nBackground and domain understanding broadly in martech including all channel specificcompliance needs, data analytics, tag management, governance and data privacy
  • nExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate the vision and influence people at every level. Excels at stakeholder management and influencing across the organization
  • nA creative problem solver, go-getter that partners across the team to deliver customer-ledexperiences to power marketing use cases
  • nEngineering undergraduate degree required; MBA from a tier 1 school preferred
