We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in D2C, e-commerce, and building distribution channels or platforms for sales. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive outcomes through a hands-on approach, with a focus on customer-facing metrics, product design, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing products, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Drive Product Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Align product initiatives with company goals and market opportunities.
Lead Product Development:
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and enhance products.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and improvements.
Optimize Customer-Facing Metrics:
Own and improve key customer-facing metrics and conversion funnels.
Implement data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and product performance.
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to drive business outcomes.
Manage Product Launches and Scaling:
Plan and execute successful product launches.
Scale products to meet growing customer demands and expand market presence.
Ensure Strong Product Design:
Collaborate with design teams to create user-centric and visually appealing products.
Align product designs with customer needs and company standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive D2C Experience:
Proven experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environments.
Strong understanding of ecommerce dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
Expertise in Ecommerce and Platform Building:
Experience in building distribution channels or sales platforms.
Ability to develop and execute strategies to drive sales through digital channels.
Proficiency in Customer-Facing Metrics:
Expertise in owning and optimizing customer-facing metrics.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and enhance conversion funnels.
Experience with Engineering and Data-Driven Roadmaps:
Hands-on experience in driving engineering projects and data-driven roadmaps.
Ability to achieve desired outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
Strong Product Design Acumen:
Deep understanding of product design principles.
Experience working with design teams to develop user-friendly and attractive products.
Proven Track Record in Product Launch and Scale:
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
Ability to manage the product lifecycle from concept to market success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a D2C or ecommerce setting.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
