Senior Product Manager, FinTech - Partner Payments

That makes buying and selling travel-related products and services simpler for both travellers and partners.
Payments are a complex, competitive, and exciting industry. As a Senior Product Manager in Partner Payments, you will be working together with engineering, design and data science teams on creating payments solutions that help our partners grow their business. The scope is massive: 50+ countries, hundreds of thousands of partners, and billions of dollars in payments volume.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the development of scalable (platform) product features that optimize user experience, drive partner adoption, and increase revenue generation for Booking.com's lending product.
Leverage understanding of lending products and optimization algorithms to enhance credit decision processes and streamline loan review systems for travel partners.
Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to implement ML-based credit decisions, fraud detection, and risk assessment, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Implement intuitive user interfaces, data-driven optimizations, and iterative improvements to enhance partner satisfaction and conversion rates.
Drive the adoption of lending solutions by partners worldwide through strategic product vision, market insights, and customer-centric approach.
Define KPIs for the product, track performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback to maximize partner engagement and revenue growth
What you'll bring:
Required
A track record for shipping large-scale, successful software platform products;
7+ years of product management experience involving payments or financial products at a global tech company
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization;
Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques;
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built.
Preferred
B2B Product Management experience;
Lending, Payments and/or fintech experience.
