Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritise features, create roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery. The Product Manager will also conduct market research, analyse customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive product strategy and maximise customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm & MBA
Experience: 4-6 years (Preferred Derma / Pharma or Cosmetic Industry)
- Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth.
- Define product positioning and messaging that differentiates Cosmonova's dermatology products in the market.
- Develop pricing strategies and monitor product performance against financial goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior product team members as needed.
- Main Requirement for the Candidate is that they will be open to traveling various parts of the country to understand the needs and wants of the market.
- Bachelor's degree in PharmaMarketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in dermatology products.
- Strong understanding of skincare market dynamics and customer needs.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing products through their lifecycle.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and team collaboration.
