6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in building and launching complex technical products
Deep understanding of core trading system functionalities (order routing, execution, risk management)
Strong working knowledge of various trading protocols and communication methods (FIX, REST APIs)
Familiarity with modern cloud architectures and their application in trading systems
Ownership mentality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
A data-driven and analytical approach, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex priorities concurrently.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for our core trading systems, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth strategy
Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to design and implement a scalable and secure trading infrastructure
Lead the development of application programming interfaces (APIs) that facilitate seamless integration with diverse external trading platforms
Conduct in-depth research on emerging trading technologies and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
Instrument and own key metrics to measure the performance, stability, and scalability of the trading systems
Monitor and analyze trading system data to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, traders, and representatives from partner platforms.
