PRODUCT STRATEGY :Devise winning product strategies to make media streaming more reliable, error-free, & social,, and communicate a clear product roadmap of prioritised features & initiatives.
PRODUCT EXECUTION :Ship playback & player products that execute stated strategies effectively through clear & actionable product specs (PRDs, GTM plans, Jira Issues, etc.) and hands-on sprint management to ship high quality products within cost / quality / time budgets. The role also demands a high level of operations energy given the collaboration with multiple teams / vendors / partners for the multiple moving parts in the experience like integrity of source files or streams, meta data, subtitles, audio/video quality, etc.
INFLUENCING PEOPLE : Influence content teams to master assets in higher quality & add more meta-data in their content.
Candidates with 4+ years of experience in the product space
Strong strategic and analytical thinking to identify market opportunities, assess competition, and make data-driven decisions is crucial to success in this role
