Forges relationships with a variety of stakeholders (engineers to finance partners to CTOs) in all Cimpress Businesses and can elicit why behind requests.
Proactively monitors and leverages qualitative and quantitative data (internal or external sources) to guide product decisions.
Conducts market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, pain points, and growth opportunities.
Responsible for execution of short-term product deliverables and definition and execution against long-term product vision
Designs effective experiments, identifies key metrics, analyzes data, and makes decisions based on the data.
Owns and communicates the strategy, vision, and usability for a product or suite of products across levels, domains, and businesses.
Defines business cases, which represent the problems the product is intended to solve and/or the value to be delivered, and exhibits big picture thinking.
Partners with engineering and design stakeholders to continuously balance risk, value, learning opportunities, and dependencies to deliver early and often.
Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement materials to maximize product adoption.
Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in product management, with a total of 8+ years of professional experience.
Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Demonstrated success in driving the development and launch of SaaS products.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Outstanding stakeholder management, and leadership communication.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and a keen eye for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Industry-specific knowledge in Access/IAM is a huge plus.
Solid B2B experience is highly desirable.
