Mission
As a Senior Product Manager at Borzo, you will develop new delivery products from the ground up to address additional market use cases and attract new customers. You will define the product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful product launches.
We expect you to iterate quickly, set the right goals, and prioritize essential tasks and experiments. Strong proactivity, communication, and management skills will be crucial for uniting all teams towards a common goal.
Outcomes:
- Validate product-market fit by reaching initial traction, showing that the opportunity is worth pursuing long-term
- Develop a 2-3 year product strategy
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date product roadmap
- Ensure reliable execution and timely decision making by monitoring key metrics and cross-functional commitments
- Timely identify and resolve cross-functional barriers in product, operations, and sales
Competencies that matter:
- Proven experience in launching new products or operations from scratch, including:
- achieving traction of 1,000 transactions/day,
- reaching break-even,
- scaling to multiple geographies or customer segments,
- driving significant improvements with technology.
- Track record of successful collaboration with Operations teams: in our case, implementing the product through operations is more challenging that product development.
- Ability to generate and systematize insights through research, interviews, and analytics.
- Ability to identify insights, trends and relations in quantitative data
- Strong ability to influence people through soft skills
