Product Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, features, and roadmap. Create and maintain product roadmaps to communicate priorities and timelines.
Product Development: Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Work closely with engineering teams to define technical specifications and oversee product development sprints.
User Experience (UX): Champion the user experience and usability of our products, ensuring intuitive design and seamless functionality. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches, including pricing strategy, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance and key metrics post-launch, utilizing data analytics and user feedback to assess product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.

Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience 5 to 8 years in product management roles, with a focus on consumer technology products in a B2C environment.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends in the consumer tech space.
Technical proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.
