About ALLEN Careers
Allen Career Institute has been in the coaching sector since the last 34 years and has earned an undisputed market leader position in preparation of JEE (Main+Advanced), NEET, and Class VI to X, NTSE, and Olympiads. We are currently setting up our design, tech and product teams in Bangalore which will focus on digitizing our offline business and building our online business.
In our view, traditional coaching set-ups have a very strong consumer proposition in terms of outcomes but are limited by their geographic presence and the classroom journey is data dark and non-personalized. The digital education companies have predominantly solved for access but have had limited success in delivering deep engagement, comprehension and outcomes. We, at Allen Digital, believe that we can take the best of both, the traditional classrooms and the digital technologies, and create an education platform which takes the application of technology much deeper into the student journey than current market offerings and thus bring learning outcomes at scale.

SPM Background
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 engineering college (IITs, BITS Pilani, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs)
- MBA from Tier 1 B schools (IIMs, ISB) is preferable
- 4 - 7 years of prior product experience
- Experience with solving problems at scale in consumer products and growth is preferred
- Experience of working with cross functional team across engg, design, analytics and business
- Should have independently led a product charter and defined its vision, strategy and roadmap
- Experience of driving product delivery from ideation to implementation is must
- People management experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Candidates should be highly motivated towards problem solving in the Edtech domain for students, teachers and parents.
