Job Description

Driving digital consumer experience for inhouse and customer products including web, mobile app, chatbot & whatsapp.
Using digital measurement framework as a guide to build products and uncover optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with internal, business and external stakeholders to ensure development and delivering of digital products.
Optimization across digital touchpoints across properties for defined KPIs i.e. conversion rates, page views, installs.
Digitizing experience by launching features & enhancing user experience.
Driving digital KPIs through AB testing, Multivariate testing personalised features & products.
Use analytics tool to effectively measure, analyse and quantify the impact of all products, features, use cases to educate relevant stakeholders.
Monthly & quarterly reports of Competition benchmarking to discover and share findings with stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales , customer care and commercial, revenue to improvise digital products/offerings.
Work closely with the tech and design team to deliver product implementation
Track, analyze & report a variety of traffic and usage data metrics to draw meaningful insights and create feature prioritization.
Test new product features before they are implemented to ensure adherence to product specification.
