Senior Product Development Engineer

As a Sr. Product Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing

software for our Identity Analytics Platform. You will engage with Java-based multi-tier applications

and an Angular-based UI, enhancing our ability to analyse, enrich, and certify Identity & Access

Information. Our Agile environment supports a fast-paced development cycle, encouraging

innovative solutions and rapid deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop high-performance backend solutions for our web-based analytics UI, ensuring

robustness and high availability.

Utilize data mining and analytics to address complex data-driven problems.

Integrate major enterprise Identity Management platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Oracle, IBM) with

our analytics suite.

Continuously adapt and mentor team members learn new technologies and tools, such as

Python, Pandas, ML, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and rule engine systems, to enhance feature sets

and application specifications.

Refine internal processes and best practices to boost product quality and speed to market.

Champion internal process improvements and best practices to elevate product quality and

expedite delivery.

Help shape our DevOps lifecycle, enhancing continuous integration and continuous

deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Lead and contribute in projects involving the integration with various cutting-edge

technologies and platforms, including ML, AI, ServiceNow, Okta, and ForgeRock, to broaden

the functionality and interoperability of our solutions.

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in product development, particularly in application design and

development.

Proficient in Java and familiar with frameworks like Spring.

Demonstrated experience with application security protocols, including Spring Security,

OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.

Background in Identity and Access Management is a plus.

Good Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies is preferred.

Strong database and data modelling skills; proficient with RESTful web services.

Problem-solving mindset with a passion for complex challenges.

Highly skilled in object-oriented programming and familiar with design patterns and multi-

tier architectures.

Agile and adaptable, with a proficiency in emerging technologies like Python, Pandas, ML-Lib,

Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
