Senior Product Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a strong advocate for our customers, synthesizing user research data and business requirements to define clear UX directions for our products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes that empower users and meet business goals.
• Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical constraints through close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS product environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web app design and strategic problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
