Roles and responsibilities
You will be joining the team at a time when we need to continue innovating on some of our best-selling products globally while building the for our next wave of customers.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will need to be research driven, explore solutions collaboratively, bring an experimental mindset, and have a sharp eye as we ship delightful experiences to our customers worldwide.
You will start off designing experiences on the integrations team - a team that simplifies complex integrations. But over time, we'd want you to grow into a design leader and oversee the design function.
- You will work on some of the most complex user journeys - Database Integrations. This team builds interfaces that help the user define how data is exchanged between databases in real-time.
- Identify improvements to the design system and standardise interface across a wide span of products.
- You will be involved in peer review of design releases happening on other teams.
- You will report to the Head of Product.
Location & Timings
- Our customers are primarily in the US. So any research and feedback calls that you need to conduct will happen between 4PM and 2AM IST. But apart from scheduled calls, most of the collaboration with the product and engineering team happen during the day.
- The PDEQ team works out of our office in Bangalore. Our work processes allow anybody to work remotely for extended periods of time when they need to, but in general, everybody is in the office while they are in Bangalore.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience building UI/UX and at least 2 years of work as a product designer building a B2B product.
- You can write great copy, and have great communications skills.
- Product and design are intertwined. You have to be enthusiastic about breaking down complex problems with design.
- B2B company with a multiple products. We're looking for someone who has experience building and understand the nuances of multi-product and multi-user platforms.
- This is not a UX research role. You have to be great with visuals and be comfortable with iterating on interfaces quickly on Figma
