Senior Product Designer

Industry Business Consulting firm

Location: Shollingnallur, Chennai hence we are looking for local candidates only.

Designation: Sr. Product Designer (Hybrid module ONLY 5 days working )

Working Days: Mon. To Fri. ( 3 days from office and 2 days from home)

Working Time: 10am to 7pm

Interviews: 03 rounds

1 Coding Test via Email.

2 Technical round

3 Final in Office only.

Notice period- Immediate or within 3 weeks only

1 Candidates claiming 30-60 days official notice period and can come out in 15 days as currently on bench, cannot be considered.

2 Please note we are looking for candidates who are either immediate or within 3 weeks of notice period

Experience: 6+ years proven experience in the UX, product management, OR a mixture of the two 6+ years of experience in user research 3+ years of experience in facilitating design thinking and ideation workshops

Qualification: Bachelors or master's degree in human-computer interaction, human factors,

communications, or equivalent

CTC: (ctc depends on Candidates Current CTC / Hike as per Market standard %wise /

skillsets ) ON COMPANY'S PAYROLL

Our preferred requirements:

3 Research chops, strong leadership skills, and diversity of experience are all a plus!

4 3 + years of relevant product development experience

5 Ability to build credibility and trust with team members and leaders

6 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
