Ideal Candidate:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Senior Designer or Design Lead, preferably in a product-based startup.
- Strong preference for B2C fintech experience and awareness of fintech platforms/apps.
- Alumni from design colleges are preferred.
- Ability to lead and guide UI/UX design decisions across the organization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft mastery.
- Proficient in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Problem-solving aptitude, analytical mindset, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with product or business teams.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies to innovate products and solutions.
