This role in summary

nAs a Senior Industrial Designer, you will lead efforts to understand emerging trends, seek out real-life insights, and apply these learnings to design solutions that will impact the next generation of home appliances.

nYour responsibilities will include

• nCreate assets ranging from conceptual sketches, CAD models, physical prototypes, and high quality renderings/animations to communicate design intent.

• nWork with a variety of process partners to gain an understanding of marketing strategies, manufacturing requirements, and engineering constraints.

• nGrow an understanding of our design strategies and philosophies by working with cross-functional design leads.

• nWork with design specialists in graphic design, CMF, UI/UX, usability, and craftsmanship to create fully immersive experiences.n

Minimum requirements

• nBachelor's degree in Industrial Design from an accredited school

• n6-10+ years of professional design experience

• n3D Computer modeling skills

• nStrong project management and planning skills

• nStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication across different disciplines

• nStrong decision-making abilities and self-motivation

• nStrong visual communication skills

• nMentor and develop junior designers

• nAbility to adapt design intent through the development process.
