Responsibilities:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate with an agile team of product managers, development, and QA engineers to design product features for our cloud-based customer experience platform. This role combines design and product thinking to create exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for a cloud-based platform.
- Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate product requirements into user-centered designs.
- Apply usability principles and user-centered design methodologies to enhance user experience.
- Ensure designs are mobile responsive and adaptive.
- Stay updated with the latest design and technology trends.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in UX design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; advanced certifications in UX/UI design are a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Invision).
- Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience with mobile responsive and adaptive design.
- Self-motivated, with a strong passion for design and technology trends.
- Solid understanding of common software development practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-facing presentation and communication abilities.
