What Youll Do

We are looking for a meticulous SDET to contribute to and review the creation of designs for production software. As such, an SDET is a test professional with advanced programming skills who can create automation testing tools and frameworks to assist the manual testing process. To be successful as an SDET, you should have excellent time management and organizational skills as well as strong communication skills. You should have a passion for designing, development, and testing and the ability to upgrade your technical skills within the constantly changing technology sector.

What Youll Do

• Analyze data and extract key insights to influence Product Strategy, Roadmap and Business Decisions
• Dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights to support new product initiatives
• Recommending product improvements, new features on the basis of analytics findings to improve business metrics
• Defining and setting up metrics for tracking and measuring performance for new and existing features, experiments, etc. Standardizing the metrics tracking setup across products
• Work closely with the Product Team to build new features and experiments to improve business metrics

What Youll Bring

• Atleast 2 years of experience in analytics role (mandatory)
• Preferred qualification as Computer Science Engineering
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis (in a Jupyter Notebook). Python is preferred over SQL.
• Strong foundations in statistics
• Data driven analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Internet research on U.S. Financial service
• Ability to do research on the internet and capture relevant information, for example:
• Building Credit Card Database on key parameters for 400 major Credit Cards in the U.S. credit market
• Building database on key services offered by FinTech competitors
• Excel based analysis
• Ability to do Excel-based analysis for:
• Consumer financial analysis - trends and patterns
• Marketing campaign analysis
• Excel tools used: Graphs/Charts, Pivot Tables, Excel functions for summary stats
• Report writing
• Ability to write clear emails and summary of learnings from analysis and research
• Microsoft word and Microsoft Powerpoint skills to make reports
