Job Description
You will join our Global Procurementdepartment
As a Senior Procurement Operations Specialist, you'll be an integral part of the Global Procurement department, aligning closely with the strategic procurement team to champion best practices in procurement operations. Your role will be crucial in supporting our business units, ensuring optimal contractual engagements, leading comprehensive tender processes, and enhancing transparency in vendor spend, contract management, and compliance.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Drive delivery of development of procurement processes and ensure seamless procurement operations from requisitioning to payment.
- Review Purchase requisitions and support business purchasers to deliver Purchase Order (PO) process
- Advocates as strong change agent to increase digital procurement platform adoption
- Assist with various projects and change management efforts across program evolution to improve stakeholder experience

- 4+ years experience within Procurement, Sourcing, Buyer Role, Vendor Management, or equivalent background
- Strong understanding of Procure to Pay process, including relevant technologies
- Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders are transacted efficiently and effectively.
- Experience with Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Vendor Management and contract management
- Ability to collaborate effectively across peers to accomplish functional and organizational goals
- Ensures adherence to organization policies and procedures, including those relevant across the Procurement and Vendor Management domains
- Ability to manage workflows, multiple projects, and develop report updates
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI
