The Role
The Sr Procurement Analyst position is a role with a global scope providing support to all organizations within the company. This position requires an adaptable individual who can prioritize daily activities and interact effectively to service internal customers. The individual will have demonstrated experience handling confidential and privileged information.
Your Impact
- Manage and track contract approval status.
- Tracking of contract approval status and coordination of supplier counter signatures prior to PO release.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable for supplier invoice issues.
- Collaborate with requestor for supplier actions in response to any inquires as necessary.
- Communicate with internal Customers comfortably and with diplomacy.
- Monitor and update Supplier contract repository.
- Coordinate contract renewal notifications and required contract actions.
- Provide direct support, guidance, and assistance for General Purchasing Requisition requirements/training.
- Act as liaison between Procurement, Legal, Information Services, and requestors.
- Actively contributes to projects as necessary
What You'll Need
- 5 - 8 years of administrative experience within a global organization.
- Associates Degree or Professional Business School graduate. Bachelor's degree is desired.
- Strong bias for action, well-organized and proactive to work toward continuous process improvements.
- Be successful in fast paced environment to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in service.
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote, Oracle and other available tools.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform assignments with agility and minimal supervision.
- Ability to arrange, schedule, Lead Microsoft Teams meetings to present and review meeting materials; i.e Policy, Procedures, GPR training or guidance, and contract database review.
