We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst/Specialist with expertise in advanced Excel, VBA, and SharePoint to join our team. Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Excel & VBA:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Create and maintain VBA macros and scripts to automate processes and enhance data management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Excel and VBA-related issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- SharePoint Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows to facilitate collaboration and document management.
- Implement SharePoint solutions to improve project management, data sharing, and team communication.
- Ensure SharePoint security, permissions, and compliance standards are met.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status.
- Identify risks and issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA programming.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint, including site design, management, and workflow automation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Excel, VBA, or SharePoint is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role within [Industry/Field].
