Senior Process Engineer

Objective:

· For the realization of the strategical company initiative REHAU Performance System/ RPS², the RPS²-expert is responsible for the realization of continuous improvements of processes and professional backing of changing processes. He/she supports the plant manager in fulfilling the of plant’s targets and is responsible for clear goals and measurability of results out of Lean Management Process. He/she ensures, that the didactic principles out of JIT-production process are appropriately used in the plants while realizing the elaborated process vision

ï»Broad Responsibilities:

. Implementation and realization of (Lean Manufacturing Engineer) RPS² in the plant –

· Scheduling, coordination, and realization of RPS²-workshops –

· Implementation and realization of the plant’s process vision.

· Introduction and application of RPS² tools and measures –

· Training of employees for basic understanding of RPS² and the tools in the plant

· Processing, evaluation and realization of ideas and suggestions for improvement of plant’s employees

· Facilitating workshops and training sessions to qualify employees in RPS² methodologies, ensuring their understanding and capability to implement these practices.

· Heading up optimization projects in plants managing them from conception through to execution.

· Developing and maintaining a clear process vision within the plants, communicating progression and steps effectively throughout.

· Ensuring compliance with RPS² goals in conjunction with the Heads of Operations, maintaining consistency and achieving targets.

· Generating reports and managing the communication of all RPS² activities within the division/region, acting as a central information source.

· Adhering to legal, regulatory, and company standards and guidelines.

· Applying the 5S methodology to organize and maintain a productive work environment.

· Support to budget for utilization calculations.

· Update Plant report monthly base in system & finalization of capacity of production.

· Applying lean principles to minimize waste and optimize productivity throughout manufacturing processes.

· Taking a performance-oriented viewpoint, using tools like Kaizen to improve productivity and efficiency.

· Overseeing the financial planning, ensuring that all operations stay within budgetary constraints.

· To follow REHAU Q.M.S. & E.M.S.

· Carry out any other responsibilities entrusted by Management from time-to-time.
