Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP Procurement and Financial Control Specialist to join our team.
What impact will you create
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Expertise:
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of SAP, with a focus on procurement and financial control modules.
Efficiently create Work Orders (WOs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and Service Entry Sheets (SES) in SAP.
Procurement Processes:
Understand and execute procurement processes, ensuring compliance with internal financial control requirements.
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize procurement workflows and ensure accurate documentation.
Financial Controls:
Ensure adherence to internal financial control protocols from a WO perspective.
Monitor and report on financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Understanding Facility Management:
Apply knowledge of facility management business processes to support operational efficiency.
Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.
Client Billing:
Prepare and manage monthly and adhoc client billing sheets with precision and attention to detail.
Work with ownership to ensure timely and accurate billing processes, rectifying and addressing any discrepancies promptly by coordinating with site team and vendors.Coordinate with vendors for their accurate invoicing and other supporting details
Maintain billing related MIS
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with site teams and vendor partners to facilitate smooth procurement and billing operations.
Foster effective communication and coordination to resolve any issues related to procurement, billing and financial control.
Who are we looking for
Education:
M.Com/ CA Inter /MBA & Premium institute candidates with Proven experience in SAP.
Experience:
5 - 7 Years experience in same domain.
Experience in Property/Facility Management
Skills:
In-depth understanding of procurement processes and internal financial control requirements.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with site teams and vendor partners.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
