Job Summary: Join Techm & Verizon as a Senior Process Associate in our International Voice Process. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by resolving queries and complaints related to telecom and broadband services over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing queries and complaints regarding telecom and broadband services.
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout each interaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure resolution and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
