Position: Process Associate/Senior Process Associate IT

Location: Gurgaon, India

Responsibility & Skill Required:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Desktop, Laptop and Mobile Computers Imaging and Configuration.
  • Managing various desktop, laptop builds via Remote Computer build management application.
  • Assist with setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software updates and patches.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Knowledge of Antivirus Deployment application and Managing Antivirus application, Signature updates, Virus Definitions remotely.
  • Knowledge of Networking concepts, Switching and structured cabling.
  • Good Experience in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Online/Office 365
  • Trouble shooting of all Application related, Key Services related, and Network related and Operating System related issues.

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Ability to work overtime and travel, if necessary.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience and capability to support users in Hybrid work model.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's. in Computer Science, Information Technology from a reputed college.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
