Responsibility & Skill Required:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Desktop, Laptop and Mobile Computers Imaging and Configuration.
- Managing various desktop, laptop builds via Remote Computer build management application.
- Assist with setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software updates and patches.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- Knowledge of Antivirus Deployment application and Managing Antivirus application, Signature updates, Virus Definitions remotely.
- Knowledge of Networking concepts, Switching and structured cabling.
- Good Experience in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Online/Office 365
- Trouble shooting of all Application related, Key Services related, and Network related and Operating System related issues.
Skills Required:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Ability to work overtime and travel, if necessary.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience and capability to support users in Hybrid work model.
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's. in Computer Science, Information Technology from a reputed college.
- Freshers with strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
