Qualifications:- Graduate or Engineering degree
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:- Safety systems (Fire alarm, PA systems)
Security systems (CCTV, Access control systems)
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Tendering:- Prepare and submit quotations for tenders.
Ensure all tender documentation is accurate and submitted on time.- Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance with client specifications.
Client Interaction:
Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide clients with cost estimates and manage price negotiations.
Cost Management:
Collect cost information from clients and suppliers.
- Ensure competitive pricing and cost-effectiveness in all proposals.
Possess a good understanding of design principles relevant to safety and security systems.- Collaborate with the design team to develop effective solutions for clients.
Personal Attributes:
Have a good personality and professional demeanor.
- Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in marketing and tendering processes.- Familiarity with fire alarm, PA systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
