Job Overview
As a Senior Pre-sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing expert guidance on technical solutions to our prospective clients. You will work closely with sales teams to identify customer requirements, craft tailored solutions, and present compelling value propositions. Your technical acumen and consultative approach will be key to influencing client decisions and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and technical requirements.
Develop and present customized solutions that align with client goals.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and presentations.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including proof of concepts and solution architectures.
Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
Engage with clients to address technical inquiries and concerns.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Support the handover process from sales to implementation teams.
Primary Skills
Proven experience as a Pre-sales Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar role in IT services.
Strong technical knowledge across various IT domains, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in developing and delivering technical documentation and proposals.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical teams, and clients.
Secondary Skills
Experience with specific technologies relevant to the company's offerings.
Certifications in relevant technical fields.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or a similar role.
