Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Pre-Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of networking products required by broadband service providers, coupled with significant experience in pre-sales roles. This position requires a professional who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales and OEM acumen, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

. Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, present tailored solutions, and create compelling proposals that highlight the benefits of our networking products.

Technical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of networking products, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other broadband infrastructure components, to provide technical guidance and support.

Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive network solutions that meet the specific needs of broadband service providers, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Client Engagement: Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of our networking products to prospective clients, addressing technical queries and concerns.

RFP/RFI Management:Lead the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely and accurate submissions that align with client requirements.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
