Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Admin + Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, development, and support of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration:
Administer and manage the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
Conduct regular system audits and maintain system documentation.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
Solution Development:
Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and reports using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create and maintain data models, entities, and connections within the Power Platform.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
Build and deploy custom connectors and APIs as needed.
Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide tier 2/3 support for Power Platform-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and integration challenges.
Stay updated on new features, best practices, and industry trends related to the Power Platform.
Training and Documentation:
Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and other IT staff.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, user guides, and operational procedures.
Required Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics
Experience in developing and administering Power Platform solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.
Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
