Senior Power BI Developer

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience building visualizations in Power BI
• Ability to model the data in Power BI
• Experience development with Dax calculations
• Experience using Power Desktop for development and publishing to Power Services
• Working with PMO team
• Extract data from APIs and flat file, and Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects (ADO.NET)
• Working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Be able to work 2nd shift IST

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience pulling data from Azure
• Experience creating ETL pipelines

Job Description

A fortune 100 organization is seeking a PowerBI Developer that will sit fully remote for 1-2 months. This individual will be joining a team to add capacity and build visualizations from scratch for their Project Management Organization and executives. These dashboards will show project health, timeline, budget and other key metrics for them to make decision on. This individual MUST BE SELF-SUFFENCIENT in building out reports, troubleshooting issues, and clarifying documents as the current team doesn't have much bandwidth to support and will be working EST. It is also expected that they WORK 2ND SHIFT IST to provide as much overlap for US time zones as possible.
