Job Title: SeniorPlatform Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Business & Team: CST

Impact & contribution:

Reduce the deployment time of model by utilising advance tools and technology. In this role you'll assist execution of strategic initiatives to improve team effectiveness and performance.

Reporting lines:Reports to Senior Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
.Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues

Essential Skills:

Experience 6+ years
Experience with Workday Reporting, Integrations
Experience with calculated fields or custom reports
ADP Payroll development or support experience
Experience working in an agile delivery environment

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
