Job Title:Sales Manager - Pharmacy Division

Job Summary:

Avisa Smart Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head for our Pharmacy Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of sales across all Avisa hospital pharmacies in cities throughout India. This role involves overseeing both home delivery services and direct counter sales at our pharmacies. The Sales Head will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all Avisa hospital pharmacies in various cities.

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our pharmacy services.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

  • Build Supply Chain for All Avisa Hospital Pharmacies
  • Acquire Hospital Pharmacies Business

3.Market Expansion:

Drive the expansion of home delivery services and direct counter sales at pharmacies.

Develop corporate tie-ups to broaden market reach and enhance service offerings.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop initiatives that attract and retain customers.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly.

5.Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform decision-making.

6.Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Uphold the highest standards of quality and service delivery in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Up to 10 years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the pharmacy market.

Strong understanding of the pharmacy services market in India.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
