Job Description
Position Summary: As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for
planning, executing, and optimising our online marketing campaigns across various digital
channels. You will drive lead generation, customer engagement, and retention while ensuring a
strong return on investment (ROI) for our marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage performance-based marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and implement optimisation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies, including content, design, product, and sales.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and compelling content ideas.
- Must be data-driven, metrics-driven, and versed with ROAS, CAC, and similar metrics.
