Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy across paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing channels.
- Optimise and manage campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging digital channels.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to ensure that campaigns deliver against key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as CleverTap and MoEngage.
- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling ads, landing pages, and marketing assets that drive engagement and conversions.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Oversee budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring efficient use of the performance marketing budget.
- Develop and present regular reports and insights to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, performance marketing, and paid media.
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and tactics to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and affiliate partners.
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing platforms, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or other reporting and analytics platforms.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (experience in the Automotive or EV industry is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Clevertap, MoEnage, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
