We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega CDH Developer to design and implement AI-driven customer engagement strategies using Pega's Customer Decision Hub (CDH). This role requires a strong background in Pega CDH, focusing on developing personalized decision strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing decisioning logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement decision strategies using Pega CDH, including predictive models and real-time decisioning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure quality assurance through testing and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of Pega experience, with 2-3 years in Pega CDH; CPDC or CSSA certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with data integration and AI/ML models is a plus.
