Sr. Payroll manager(Prefer immediately or within 10-15 days joining)
8-10 + Years of Experience inpayroll and complainces with PF-ESIC
. Can handle HR audits and third party labour attendance -salary.
Must known labour law and pf-esic information.
Can handle audits in ISO and documentation
Must had experience in payroll handling with +600 plus manpower
Must aware about using NAPS, HRIS,ESAl software application and fulfilled all intimation
Must know statutory compliance like PF,ESIC,PT,NPCB,LWF and factory licence
