What you'll be working on

Develop & monitor relevant credit card and payment metrics to derive actionable insights

Lead and support strategic value-added analyses to understand impact of payment method offerings and processes on consumer lifetime value

Rigorously monitor and analyze subscription revenues and purchase funnel data for all integrated payment solutions, and conduct A/B/C/D tests to achieve the targets

Monitor performance for payments, responding to alerts of degradation, triaging and investigating the cause, and communicating your findings to the team.

Identify and automate inefficient operational processes to reduce manual workloads.

Transform raw data into structured information that can be analyzed to identify insights that drive strategic business decisions

Introduce data and process efficiencies to meet the scale and speed of SurveyMonkey.

We'd love to hear from people with

Advanced SQL techniques for analysis of complex business problems.

Knowledge and experience in data manipulation using SQL querying tools in large relational databases.

Prior Payments Analyst experience required. 5+ years.

Able to act independently to resolve highly complex problems

Experience in the Payments Processing Industry and experience with Cloud-based technologies such as Snowflake are nice to have, but not essential.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred

Experience with programming languages Python or R preferred
