Designation: Senior Partner: Talent Acquisition-IT

Education: Any graduate/MBA-HR preferred

Experience: 2-3 years in Tech Recruitment

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience to join our HR team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of the role and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in developing and executing creative recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates for technical roles and non-technical role, including software engineers, Product managers and designers, and IT specialists.
  • Understanding of technical terminology and requirements.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
