Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner in HR Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in HR operations, strategic HR support, and HR analytics. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage HR systems, support business leaders, and provide valuable insights through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits, and employee records management.
- Manage HR systems and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and issues, providing effective resolutions in a timely manner.
2. HR Business Partner:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Advise and coach managers on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
3. HR Analytics:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at product based companies, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a strategic mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
