About the Role:As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage all operations within the jewelry factory. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth production processes.
Implementing and improving operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.- Providing leadership and direction to the operations team.
Mentoring and guiding team members to achieve operational goals.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.- Staying updated on industry trends and regulations related to jewelry manufacturing.
Implementing measures to maintain quality and safety standards in the factory.
- Managing HR, Finance, Administration, and Production functions.
Collaborating with HR for staffing and employee relations issues.- Working with Finance to create and monitor budgets for operational expenses.
Overseeing administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of office operations.
- Coordinating with the production team to meet production targets.
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.- Collaborating with senior management and providing regular updates on operations.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing process improvements.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and striving for operational excellence.
