About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within our team, aligning tasks with key performance metrics, and maintaining close collaboration with the product, tech, and design teams. Your role will be crucial in optimizing our operational efficiency, managing team dynamics, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Conduct daily team sync-ups, assign tasks, and support KAMs in managing partners effectively.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize tools for data-driven decision-making, manage reports, and analyze growth metrics to develop action plans.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature planning, develop SOPs, and manage resource planning for new launches.
- Partnership Engagement: Strengthen partner relations and organize regular meetings to drive engagement and address performance issues.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Handle special projects and tasks as needed to support strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Mixpanel, Google Sheets, and Notion.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
