Job description
- Assisting HOD to achieve Departmental goals and monitoring overall work performance of Ocean Exports team.
- Monitoring Data Quality and Global KPIs.
- Responsible to manage and get revenue for the product on monthly basis.
- Monitoring daily performance and KPIs of the team members.
- Ensuring smooth/timely execution of Sea Export shipments as per SOP.
- Handling operational issues/concerns of team.
- Controlling revenue leakage and generating high profits.
- Handling Escalations and resolving customer complaints/queries.
- Close co-ordination with Internal Stakeholders of different departments and work closely with KAM, Procurement team, Sales Force, Finance.
- Generating new business and development of existing accounts.
- Ensuring customer service excellence and performance improvement.
- Enchasing and development of Cargo Wise One system. Developing automation.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and Core Carriers.
- Training, motivation and development of ocean staff.
