Job description

  • Assisting HOD to achieve Departmental goals and monitoring overall work performance of Ocean Exports team.
  • Monitoring Data Quality and Global KPIs.
  • Responsible to manage and get revenue for the product on monthly basis.
  • Monitoring daily performance and KPIs of the team members.
  • Ensuring smooth/timely execution of Sea Export shipments as per SOP.
  • Handling operational issues/concerns of team.
  • Controlling revenue leakage and generating high profits.
  • Handling Escalations and resolving customer complaints/queries.
  • Close co-ordination with Internal Stakeholders of different departments and work closely with KAM, Procurement team, Sales Force, Finance.
  • Generating new business and development of existing accounts.
  • Ensuring customer service excellence and performance improvement.
  • Enchasing and development of Cargo Wise One system. Developing automation.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers and Core Carriers.
  • Training, motivation and development of ocean staff.
